and sideline sewers in the area bounded by SW 22
Street (Coral Way), SW 32 Road, U.S. 111 (Dixie Highway))'
and SW 27 Avenue.
To serve this area, the Department of Public Works has
designed the SILVER BLUFF SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT
SR-5414 C (centerline sewer) and SR-5414 S (sideline
sewer) as an assessable Improvement under Section 56
of the City Charter.
THE DEPARTMEINT OF PUBLIC WORKS RECOMMENDS ADOPTION OF
THE RESOLUTIONS ORDERING THE SILVER BLUFF SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5414 C (centerline sewer) and
SR-5414 S (sideline sewer).

Secptt Construction of a sanitary setter improvement by
private contractor under contract with the City
of Miami at an estimated total cost of
$3,560,O00.
This will be an assessable sewer district.
Reftson for Workt Part of the City's continuing program to provide
sanitary sewers throughout the City of Miami.
This district is bounded by S.W. 22 Street (Coral
Way), S.W. 32 Road, U.S. #1 (S.Dixie Highway) and
S.W. 27 Avenue.
Site of Area: Approximate Acres - 280
Approximate Population - 13,000
Source of Funds: G.O.Bond - Sanitary Sewers. Dependent upon the
sale of additional bonds.
rbjsct History: This project was originally included in the
Capital Improvement Program for 1975-76.
Current Item for
Consideration:
To order the Silver Bluff Sanitary Sewer Improve-
ment SR-5414 C & S and designate those properties
which will be assessed under this construction.
