FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to
execute the attached Agreement with the Department of Off -
Street Parking to lease space identified as Suites 701 through
708, 712 through 719, and 1001 through 1016, in the Olympia
Building, 174 East Flagler Street, Miami, Florida, for the use
of the City Law Department, with funds therefor hereby allocated
from budgeted funds of the City Law Department.

Enclosed you will find copy of the Lease Agreement for the rental of
office space to the City of Miami Law Department in the Olympia Build"
trig, which is managed by the Department of Off -Street Parking.
This Agreement has been executed by the Department of Off -Street Parking.
The lease was revised in accordance with a telephone conversation between
Mr. George Knox and myself on December 27, 1976.
Kindly place this item on your agenda for the next City Commission
meeting.
