Project sponsor is a nonprofit organization or housing agencythat works with the City to provide housing and support to people living with HIV/AIDS. SCOPE OF SERVICES: The Villa Aurora project is an existing mixed-use/mixed-income affordable housing multifamily building with a total of 76 units. All units are City assisted. This project has been awarded CDBG funds for the rehabilitation of the project.
