The goal is to build on recent achievements and the work of the Miami 21 Task Force by identifying opportunities for process improvements and recommend potential legislative updates. Success is the implementation of a series of short term and strategic actions that increase By Right opportunities and deliver clarity, efficiency, and consistency in how Entitlements are processed.
