PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Continual Improvement
The City of Miami has established a cross -
functional working group to evaluate the
existing Entitlements processes.
The goal is to build on recent achievements
and the work of the Miami 21 Task Force by
identifying opportunities for process
improvements and recommend potential
legislative updates.
Success is the implementation of a series of
short term and strategic actions that increase

efficiency, and consistency in how
