A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION, WITH ATTACHMENT(S),
OFFICIALLY ACKNOWLEDGING THE CITY CLERK'S CERTIFICATION OF THE
CANVASS AND DECLARATION OF THE RESULTS, ATTACHED AND
INCORPORATED AS EXHIBIT "A," OF THE CITY OF MIAMI RUN-OFF ELECTION
HELD ON DECEMBER 9, 2025, FOR THE ELECTION OF MAYOR AND
COMMISSIONER DISTRICT 3.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Commission hereby officially acknowledges the attached City Clerk's
Certification of the Canvass and Declaration of Results, attached and incorporated as Exhibit
"A", of the City of Miami Run -Off Election held on December 9, 2025, for the election of Mayor
and Commissioner District 3.
Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption.
