Sunshine For All, Inc. is a non-profit (c) (3) organization stablished in December 2004
whose primary mission is to serve the needs of Miami Dade County's vulnerable residents
through the delivery and coordination of social serrvices to low income and at risk
residents of the City of Miami.

Program/Project Title: DISTRICT 1 RESOURCE CENTER
Project/Program Description:
The Resource Center is designed to serve as a community hub for support, access and empowerment.
It will provide residents with comprehensive services aimed at improving quality of life,
increasing economic stabiliy, and fostering community engagement through the different services.
Program Start Date: 1 /1 /2026 Program End Date: 12/31/2026
Please describe how this program/project and funding will alleviate poverty within the City of
Miami?
By centralizing resources such (i.e. housing II social services, health and wellness.) the program reduces barriers for residents
in District 1 and strengthens the connection between the community and City of Miami Services.
The resource center serves as a safe and accesible space where residents can find the tools and support they need.
IMPACT AND PERFORMANCE:
Describe overall expected outcomes and performance measures for this project/program:
The overall expected outcome will be in the improvement in housing stabilty, health and wellness
of the senior residents in District 1 , providing them with the assistance to ensure quality of life.
The Resource Center will be responsible for the following services:
1.Make sure that the400' clients that are applying for the meals program are eligible.
2.Make sure that as many residents as possible apply for the Senior Rental Program. This means doing
recruitment at different building and making sure they complete the "lottery form" that is required by the city
for the program.
3.Do events at different building to bring them different services such as Tax Collector office for them to
obtain a valid Florida ID
4.Prepare information for the residents to apply for FPL discounts.
Also, as the Resource evolve, we will identify other services that are needed for the residents and make the
proper coordination to provide with those services.

Program/Project Title: API SENIOR MEAL DELIVERY PROGRAM
Project/Program Description: Sunshine For All, Inc. is interested in providing meals
services to District 1 Home bound residents, under the API Meals Program.
We understand the need that exists locally and at national level for the provision
of nutrional balance meals, specially in vulnerables population as it is the elderly

Please describe how this program/project and funding will alleviate poverty within the City of
Miami?
Food insecurity within the low income/elderly population is among the highest in the country as well in Florida.
By providing this services of Home Delivery Meals to these Homebound residen
it will alleviates issues as food insecurity and assure that these individuals
will not go hungry inspite of their economic or medical cons
IMPACT AND PERFORMANCE:
Describe overall expected outcomes and performance measures for this project/program:
To provide daily delivered meals to 400 Homebound elderly residents from the
City of Miami, District 1. Sunshine For All, Inc. will submit the API monthly report
which covers all the aspects of the program (i.e. funding amount, race & ethnicit
progress and numbers of meals.)
