Enclosed you will find an advertisement for a public hearing to be held by the City
Commission on January 8, 2026 for the purpose of authorizing the City Manager to
transfer, subject to restrictions and automatic reverter provisions, the City -owned Parcel of
land located at 1624 NW 1 Court, Miami, Florida, to L'Heure Productions, Inc., a Florida
Not -for -Profit Corporation ("Developer"); appropriating One Hundred Seventy -Five
Thousand Dollars ($175,000.00) from the District 5 Commissioner's Shares of funds,
conditioned upon approval of the project by the City's Housing and Commercial Loan
Committee ("HCLC") and compliance with all terms and conditions set forth therein; said
funds to be used, for the development of a duplex, two (2) two-story single-family
residences, homeownership affordable housing project, for qualified homebuyers with the
income up to 80% for Annual Medium Income.
Please place the ad in accordance with the public hearing requirements of the City
Commission.

A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION, WITH ATTACHMENT(S),
REQUIRING A FOUR -FIFTHS (4/5THS) AFFIRMATIVE VOTE, FOLLOWING AN
ADVERTISED PUBLIC HEARING, RATIFYING AND APPROVING THE CITY
MANAGER'S FINDING, ATTACHED HERETO AS ATTACHMENT "B," THAT

Said proposed resolution(s) may be inspected by the public at the Office of the City
Clerk, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida 33133, Monday through Friday,
excluding holidays, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., or http://miamifl.iqm2.com
five days before the date of the Commission Meeting.
All interested persons are invited to appear at the meeting and may be heard with
respect to the proposed resolution. Should any person desire to appeal any decision of
the City Commission with respect to any matter to be considered at this meeting, that
person shall ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made including all
testimony and evidence upon which any appeal may be based (F.S. 286.0105).
Pursuant to Miami City Code Section 2-33(o), whenever a scheduled City Commission
meeting is cancelled or is not held due to a lack of a quorum or other emergency, a
special City Commission meeting will be automatically scheduled for the Tuesday
immediately following the cancelled meeting. In the event of one of the aforementioned
circumstances, the special meeting would be held on January 13, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. in
the City Commission chambers located at Miami City Hall, 3500 Pan American Drive,
Miami, Florida 33133. All of the scheduled agenda items from that cancelled meeting
shall automatically be scheduled as an agenda item at the special City Commission
meeting.
The City Clerk shall notify the public of the special meeting that is to take place by
placing a notice of the special City Commission meeting at the entrance of City Hall and
the City's main administrative building, placing a notice on the City's website, and, if
feasible, placing an ad in a newspaper of general circulation before the special meeting
on the immediately following Tuesday. There shall be no additional notice by publication
required for any such scheduled agenda item that is moved to the special City
Commission meeting.
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, persons needing special
accommodations to participate in this proceeding may contact the Office of the City

Federal regulations governing CDBG, and other HUD programs require that a participating jurisdiction provide citizens with
reasonable notice of and an opportunity to comment on any new allocation and/ or amendment of HUD programs. In
addition, the public is advised of the new allocation(s)/ amendment(s) to the funding of the city program(s) as indicated

1. DISCUSS AND PROPOSE RESOLUTION ALLOCATING ADDITIONAL FUNDS FROM THE DISTRICT 5 COMMISSIONER'S
SHARE OF THE FUNDS APPORTIONED BETWEEN THE FIVE (5) COMMISSION DISTRICTS PURSUANT TO THE ANTI-

on Tuesday, December 23, 2025, and ends on Tuesday , January 6, 2026. The proposed amendment(s) will be presented to the City
Commission for approval on Thursday, January 8, 2026.. Draft copies of the agenda items will be available at the City of Miami
Department of Housing and Community Development office located at 444 SW 2 Avenue, 9 Floor, Miami, FL 33130 (HCD Address).
