The enclosed documents include the following newly executed instrument: • Joinder by Mortgagee: Executed by the Omni Redevelopment District Community Redevelopment Agency, as Mortgagee, acknowledging and consenting to the Declaration of Restrictive Covenants for Affordable and Workforce Housing for Impact Fee Deferral Only, and confirming that such Declaration shall not subordinate, impair, or otherwise affect the lien, priority, validity, or enforceability of the Mortgage recorded in Official Records Book 35087, Page 4016, of the Public Records of Miami -Dade County, Florida. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, nothing in the Declaration shall be deemed to subordinate, impair, or otherwise affect the lien, priority, validity, or enforceability of the Mortgage.
