JOINDER AND CONSENT
THIRD MORTGAGEE
The undersigned, as Mortgagee under that certain Leasehold Mortgage and Security Agreement made
by Haley Sofge 750 Preservation, LLC, a Florida limited liability company in favor of City of Miami,
a municipal corporation of the State of Florida, dated April 4, 2025 and recorded April 11, 2025 in
Official Records Book 34706, Page 3259 of the Public Records of Miami -Dade County, Florida,
covering all/or a portion of the property described in the foregoing Agreement, does hereby
acknowledge that the terms of this Agreement are and shall be binding upon the undersigned and its
successors upon taking title.
