PURPOSE OF THE ITEM (BRIEF SUMMARY):
This is a District 4 item — related to Flagler Villas Phase 1 — 5215 W. Flagler Street — in this project, the City of Miami is the fee
simple owner, and as part of this required form, the City will be consenting and acknowledging to the Developer entity- led by
Related — to enter into an easement with Miami Dade County Public Schools. The developer has to enter into an easement in order
to be able to run a drainage pipe emanating from the Project site across the vacant Miami Dade school field and then into the main
line on 53rd Avenue.

AKNOWLEDGMENT AND CONSENT BY FEE OWNER
The undersigned CITY OF MIAMI, a municipal corporation of the State of Florida, hereby
consents and acknowledges to that certain Drainage Easement granted by THE SCHOOL BOARD
OF MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, a body corporate and politic, existing under the laws of the State
of Florida ("Grantor"), to and for the benefit of 5215 FLAGLER STREET, LLC, a Florida limited
liability company ("Grantee"), its successors and assigns. As the fee owner of the property
identified in the Drainage Easement as the Grantee Property, the CITY OF MIAMI further
acknowledges and consents to the terms of the Drainage Easement.
