RE: Omni Redevelopment District Community Redevelopment Agency
Dear Mayor Suarez:
The purpose of this letter is to provide notice that the City Commission (the "City
Commission") of the City of Miami, Florida (the "City") will hold a public meeting to consider
authorizing the issuance of the OMNI Redevelopment District Community Redevelopment
Bonds, Series 2026 in the principal amount of not to exceed $150,000,000 (the "Bonds") for the
purpose of financing certain redevelopment projects provided for and described in the
redevelopment plan. The Bonds will be issued pursuant to a resolution scheduled for
consideration by the City Commission.
A public hearing will be held at 9:30 am, or anytime thereafter, on December 11, 2025 in
the Commission Chambers located at Miami City Hall, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida
33133, for the purpose of receiving public comment on such proposed actions by the City. The
City has also provided published notice of the public hearing pursuant to Section 163.346, Florida
Statute.
This notice is being sent on behalf of the City and the OMNI CRA to all taxing authorities
which have the power to levy ad valorem taxes on real property within the Redevelopment Area,
in accordance with Section 163.346, Florida Statutes.
