Board Member Gabela: Yeah, I just want to put it on the record that I am going to be voting for this to help you guys, but I want to put it on the record the agreement that was done in this chamber about a year ago regarding the Midtown CRA (Community Redevelopment Agency) and the pass -through that was corning to the city then was going to be diverted to the Allapattah CRA, you know. I just want to remind you guys what the deal was, because we're -- you know, the audio tape is there and everything's there. So, I don't -- I'm just making a polite, you know, remember what you guys promised, what we agreed on when we established the Allapattah CRA. So, I'm going to be going along with this, but I hope the commitments that were made when we took a vote on that item, on the Allapattah CRA, are honored. That's all I have to say, thank you. Board Member Rosado: Could -- if I could just add something to that, because I think I've been very supportive of the Allapattah CRA concept, but I know at the county and state levels, it may be a harder push. If there is another vehicle to get supplemental dollars into Allapattah, I'm happy to support that, whether it's an expansion of a neighborhood revitalization district or some other vehicle. I know how much that means to the commissioner, and I think Allapattah is an area that deserves additional financial attention, so I'm happy to support some other way to get to that if possible. Board Member Gabela: Thank you very, much, I appreciate it. Chair King: Thank you. I have a -- Mr. Hannon: And Chair?
