A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION APPOINTING CERTAIN
INDIVIDUALS AS MEMBERS OF THE CLIMATE RESILIENCE COMMITTEE FOR TERMS
AS DESIGNATED HEREIN.

Section 1. The individuals listed above are hereby appointed as members of the Climate
Resilience Committee, each to serve for a term ending December 11, 2027, or until the
nominating Commissioner or City Manager leaves office, whichever occurs first.'
