TRAFFIC PLAN THAT MINIMIZES THE IMPACT TO THE SURROUNDING
NEIGHBORHOODS, AND INPUT FROM THE NEIGHBORHOOD RESIDENTS
GATHERED AT A CITY COMMISSION DISTRICT 1 TOWN HALL MEETING PRIOR TO
ANY FINAL DECISION REGARDING THE ULTIMATE LOCATION OF THE MPD
HEADQUARTERS.
