Currently, 77% of residents are served citywide, although the percentage is not equal across the districts. Districts 3 and 5 have the best access (87%), while District 4 is significantly underserved (58%). 2022 Access LOS for all City Parks 'AREA % OF POPULATIO' TH ACCESS 66 87 —10 Minute Walk (0.5 mi) Access All City Parks Undeveloped City Parks (excluding Greenspot) 0151 I REIMAGINE PARKS MIAMI LEGEND I1 City Limits Commission Districts Roads - City Parks - County Parks - State Parks Cemeteries - Water Bodies - River Sources: City of Miami; Consultant Team *Note: The Commission District Boundaries illustrated are based on the 2022 Enacted Plan.
