BACKGROUND: On June 27, 2025, the Procurement Department, on behalf of the City of Miami's Resilience and Public Works Department ("Public Works") issued Invitation for Bid ("IFB") No. 2036386 for the one-time purchase and installation of various tree species Citywide, under full and open competition. At the bid closing, on August 7, 2025, eight (8) submissions were received. Four (4) bidders deemed non -responsive due to submitting incorrect price sheets or failing to include required documentation, such as the Certification Section with References and the Certification Regarding Lobbying Form. The remaining bids were reviewed and evaluated in accordance with the criteria outlined in the IFB. Lawn Keepers was identified as the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder.
