A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION APPOINTING A CERTAIN
INDIVIDUAL AS A MEMBER OF THE VIRGINIA KEY ADVISORY BOARD FOR A TERM
AS DESIGNATED HEREIN.

Section 1. The individual listed above is hereby appointed as a member of the Virginia Key
Advisory Board, to serve for a term ending November 20, 2027, or until the nominating
Mayor leaves office, whichever occurs first.'
