Title: A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION, WITH ATTACHMENT(S),
AUTHORIZING THE ALLOCATION OF HOUSING OPPORTUNITIES FOR PERSONS
WITH AIDS ("HOPWA") PROGRAM INCOME FUNDS ("FUNDS"), IN THE AMOUNT OF
$10,255.29, AS MORE PARTICULARLY SPECIFIED IN EXHIBIT "A," ATTACHED AND
INCORPORATED; FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO NEGOTIATE
AND EXECUTE ANY AND ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS, INCLUDING
AMENDMENTS, EXTENSIONS, AND MODIFICATIONS, ALL IN FORMS ACCEPTABLE
TO THE CITY ATTORNEY, SUBJECT TO ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS
THAT REGULATE THE USE OF SUCH FUNDS FOR SAID PURPOSE.
Notes: Pursuant to the resolution, this item became effective immediately upon adoption by the
Commission.
