IN THE AMOUNT OF $78,251.20 FOR ELIGIBLE ACTIVITIES, AS SPECIFIED IN
EXHIBIT "A," ATTACHED AND INCORPORATED; FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO NEGOTIATE AND EXECUTE ANY AND ALL DOCUMENTS, IN A FORM
ACCEPTABLE TO THE CITY ATTORNEY, INCLUDING AMENDMENTS, RENEWALS,
EXTENSIONS, AND MODIFICATIONS, AS MAY BE NECESSARY, SUBJECT TO ALL
FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS THAT REGULATE THE USE OF SUCH
FUNDS, FOR SAID PURPOSE.
Notes:
Pursuant to the resolution, this item became effective immediately upon adoption by the
Commission.
