NORTHWEST 43 STREET TO NORTH OF NORTHWEST 45 STREET, MIAMI,
FLORIDA, FOR GENERAL ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS IN THE CORRIDOR,
INCLUDING IMPROVEMENTS ON ROADS NOT ON THE STATE HIGHWAY SYSTEM.
