MIAMARINA, located at NE 5 Street and Biscayne Bay.
The DINNER KEY MARINA is located near City Hall in the
Coconut Grove area of Miami and presently provides 371 wet
stroages slips. It is proposed that wet storage be increased to at
law 500 wet slips and the existing Marina undergo major
redevelopment.
The MIAMARINA, located in the Downtown Miami waterfront
area, is a relatively new facility in good condition consisting 208
wet slips including 30 commercial.
Proposal specifications and bidding documents will be furnished
upon request to prospective bidders. Requests should be ad-
