A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FIVE DEEDS OF DEDICATION
CONVEYING CERTAIN STRIPS OF RESERVED ZONED STREET
RIGHT OF WAY ABUTTING N.W. 56TH STREET BETWEEN
N.W. 7 AND 12TH AVENUES REQUIRED FOR THE
IMPROVEMENT OF N.W. 56TH STREET.
WHEREAS, in order for the Model Cities Community Development
Street Improvement, Phase V, to proceed in the best possible
fashion, certain strips of reserved zoned street right of way
were required to be dedicated; and
WHEREAS, of the appertaining owners contacted for said dedica-
tions, five responded by executing and delivering five deeds convey-
ing same to the City of Miami, which are now in order for acceptance
by the City Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following itemized deeds, copies of which are
attached and made a part hereof, are hereby, accepted:

Copies of 5 Deeds
Please place on the agenda for the June 13, 1978 City Commission
meeting a resolution accepting Five Deeds conveying for the
subject improvement, certain strips of reserved zoned street
right of way abutting N.W. 56 Street from N.W. 7 to 12 Avenues.
PERTINENT INFORMATION
In order for the Model Cities Community Development Street Improve-
ment, Phase V, to proceed in a normal fashion, certain strips of
reserved zoned street right of way along N.W. 56 Street were re-
quired to be dedicated. Of the appertaining owners contacted, five
deeds, (copies attached), were received which are now in order for
acceptance by the City Commission.

ATTACHED RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FOR THE AFOREMENTIONED
