COST; ALLOCATING FROM SAID FUND THE AMOUNT OF $6,000.00 TO COVER THE COST OF PROJECT EXPENSE; ALLOCATING FROM SAID FUND THE AMOUNT OF $2,670.00 TO COVER THE COST OF SUCH ITEMS AS ADVERTISING, TESTING LABORATORIES, AND POSTAGE; AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH SAID FIRM WHEREAS, sealed bids were received May 26, 1978 for CUBAN MEMORIAL PLAZA AND MEMORIAL BOULEVARD (2ND BIDDING);and WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that the $133,570.00 bid of P.N.M. Corporation is the lowest responsible bid and recommends that a Contract be Awarded to said firm; and WHEREAS, funds for this project are available from the 2nd and 3rd Year Federal Community Development Block Grant Fund; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The April 27, 1978 bid of P.N.M. Corporation in the proposed amount of $133,570.00 for the project entitled CUBAN MEMORIAL PLAZA AND MEMORIAL BOULEVARD (2ND BIDDING) , namely Bid "A" plus Additive Alternate(. #6, less Deductive Alternates #1, #2 and #3 of the Proposal, based on lump sum is hereby accepted at the price stated therein. Section 2, The amount of $133,570.00 is hereby allocated from the 2nd and 3rd Year Federal Community Development Block Grant Fund to cover the cost of said contract. Section 3.
