CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE,
WHEREAS, the, City Commission adopted Ordinance No, 8131 on December
16, 1977 establishing revenues and appropriations for the City of Miami, Florida
for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1978; and
WHEREAS, a position of Property Specialist has been transferred from
the Department of Human Resources to the Citizen Services Department; and
WHEREAS, this position is currently budgeted in the Department of
Human Resources but is being charged to the Citizen Services Department; and
WHEREAS, this transfer of $12,143 will provide the Citizen Services
Department with the necessary funds to maintain this position;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 8731, adopted December 16, 1977,
as amended, is hereby further amended, as follows:1/
"Section 1. The following appropriations are made
for municipal operations of the City of Miami, Florida for
the fiscal year 1977-78, including the payment of principal
and interest on all General Obligation Bonds.
