HomeMy WebLinkAboutR-78-0362GMM/ts 4/27/78 RESOLUTION NO, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OF RECREATIONAL FACILITIES ON LOTS 11 THROUGH 26 AND LOT 29, BLOCK 10, ORANGE HEIGHTS (14-62), BEING APPROXI- MATELY 1400-1462 N.W. 62ND STREET (MARTIN LUTHER KING BOULEVARD), PER ARTICLE XVIII-1, SECTION 4(1-3), ZONED C-4A AND R-3,'PROPOSED TO BE REZONED P-R, CONCURRING WITH THE PLANS AS PRESENTED AND STRUCTURES AS COMPLETED. WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Board, at its meeting of April 5, 1978, Item #4(b), following an advertised hearing, adopted Resolution No. PAB 18-78 by a 6 to 1 vote (1 member absent) endorsing the construction and operation of recreational facilities as hereinafter set forth; and WHEREAS, no objections were received to said construction and operation; and WHEREAS, the City Commission deems it advisable and in the best interest of the general welfare of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to grant said approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The construction and operation of recreational facilities on Lots 11 through 26 and Lot 29, Block 10, ORANGE HEIGHTS (14-62), being approximately 1400-1462 N.W. 62nd Street (Martin Luther King Boulevard), per ARTICLE XVIII-1, Section 4(1-3), zoned C-4A and R-3, proposed to be rezoned P-R, concur- ring with the plans as presented and structures as completed, i s hereby approved. 19 MA�TEM NO:-�"D O C U M Wl_ ' D EX PASSED AND ADOPTED this day of , ..
