A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DEVELOPMENT AND OPERATION
OF RECREATIONAL FACILITIES PER ARTICLE XVIII-1, SECTION
4(1-3) ON TRACT B, CULMER PARK SUB NO. 1 (98-12) BEING
APPROXIMATELY 500-560 N.W. 10TH STREET, PROPOSES TO BE
REZONED FROM C-5 TO P-R, IN ACCORD WITH THE PRELIMINARY
PLANS ON FILE AND SUBJECT TO FINAL PLAN APPROVAL BY THE
PLANNING DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Board, at its meeting
of April 5, 1978, Item #2(b), following an advertised hearing,
adopted Resolution No. PAB 14-78 by a 7 to 0 vote (1 member
absent) recommending approval of the development and operation
of recreational facilities as hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, no objections were received to said development
and operation; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission deems it advisable and in
the best interest of the general welfare of the City of Miami
and its inhabitants to grant said approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The development and operation of recreational
facilities per Article XVIII-1, Section 4(1-3) on Tract B,
CULMER PARK SUB NO. 1 (98-12), being approximately 500-560 N.W.
10th Street, proposed to be rezoned from C-5 to P-R, in accord
with the preliminary plans on file and subject to final plan
approval by the Planning Department, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19 day of MAY , 1978.
