A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PLAT ENTITLED "AMENDED
PLAT OP LES VIOLINS SUBDIVISION", A SUBDIVISION
IN THE CITY OF MIAMI: AND ACCEPTING THE DEDICATIONS
SHOWN ON SAID PLAT: AND AUTHORIZINGG AND DIRECTING
THE CITY MANAGER AND THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE THE

WHEREAS, the City Zoning Board and the Department of Pub ric
Works have recommended the acceptance of the plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Plat entitled "Amended Plat of Les Violins
Subdivision" being a resubdivision of Tract 1, "Les Violins Sub-
division", according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 81,
at Page 51, and the South 38 feet of Lot 10 and the North 32 feet
of Lot 11 of Block 9, "Third Amended Map of Miramar", according to
the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 5, at Page 4, and that
portion of the ten foot wide alley lying South of the Easterly ex-
tension of the most Northerly line of said Tract 1 of said "Les
Violins Subdivision" of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida,
all lying in Government Lot 1 of Section 31, Township 53 South,
Range 41 East, City of Miami, Dade County, Florida, which by refer-
ence is made a part hereof as if fully incorporated herein and the
dedications as shown thereon together with all existing and future
planting, trees and shrubbery on said property, to the perpetual
use of the public, are hereby accepted and confirmed by the City
of Miami, Florida.
Section 2. The City Manager and the City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute the Plat,

Commission Action.

REPORT OF PROPOSED RECORD PLAT OF
AMENDED PLAT OF LES VIOLINS SUBDIVISION
A SUBDIVISION Id THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA
The accompanying Plat entitled AMENDED PLAT OF LES VIOLINS
SUBDIVISION was prepared by General Surveying, Inc. It is in
correct form for submission to the City Commission and is forwarded
with a recommendation that it be approved.
PERTINENT INFORMATIO1 REGARDING THE PLAT:
(1) The property platted is a resubdivision of Tract "1", LES VIOLINS
SUBDIVISION (81-51) and a portion of "THIRD AMENDED MAP OF
MIRAMAR" (5-4). It will consist of one (1) tract having an area
of 0.73± of an acre. It is zoned C-1.
(2) The location of the streets and the widths conform with the
standards of the Department of Public Works of the City of
;Miami, Florida.
(3) As certified to by Henry R. Canalizo, Registered Land Surveyor,
this Plat complies with the plat filing laws of the State
of Florida.
(4) The City Zoning Board of Miami, Florida, after Public Hearing,
has recommended the closing of a portion of an alley. This
action was confirmed by City Commission Resolution No. ZB 2-78.
(5) By authority of Resolution No. ZB 67-78, adopted March 20, 1978,
the Plat was recommended for acceptance by the City Zoning
Board of Miami.
(6) The attached Certificate of Title Examination dated March 29, 1978,
signed by George Earl Brown, Attorney, indicates that the fee
simple title to the property platted is correctly vested in
Les Violins, Inc., and Zaragozana 1830, Inc. and the Plat has
been correctly executed.

(9) The location of the property is shown colored in red on the
accompanyinp, copy of a portion of City of :Miami Atlas Sheet
(10) The attached Resolution has been prepared for the. acceptance
of the Plat by the City Commission of Miami.
