A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED WORK
PERFORMED BY SANDRON CORP. AT A TOTAL COST
OF $101,288.50 FOR THE DINNER KEY RECREATION
CENTER/EXPOSITION HALL ROOF REPAIRS; AND
AUTHORIZING. A FINAL PAYMENT OF $12,828.85
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated April 144,
1977 between the City of Miami and Sandron Corp.; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed,
and Sandron Corp. has furnished the required documents
certifying,; that all bills j"or labor and materials have
been paid in full in connection with the aforesaid contract;
and
WHEREAS, the City Mana.per and the Department of Public
Works recommend that the completed work be accepted and final
payment made to the contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF I.1IAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The completed work performed by Sandron
Corp. for the DINNER KEY RECREATION CENTER/EXPOSITION HALL -
ROOF REPAIRS at a total cost of $101,288.50 is hereby
approved.

Section 2. The proper officialt of ,the Cit/?,t-e4-444ami
are hereby authorized to pay $12,828,85 to Sandron Corp. as
full and final payment for all work performed and all
materials furnished in connection with DINNER KEY RECREATION
CENTER/EXPOSITION HALL - ROOF REPAIRS

EXPOSITION HALL — ROOF REPAIR:
Sandron Corp. has completed the project consisting of
repairs to the hall roof, including replacement of
deteriorated decking:, extensive reflashing, and
recoating of the existing roof. The original contract
amount was for $101,700.00, but the completed contract
amount is 101,288.50, and it was completed on time.
It is now in order for the Commission to accent the
comn13ted work and authorize final payment, after all
