WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated August 17, 1977
between the City of Miami and Cuyahoga Wreckin r, Corporation; and
WHEREAS, the wori: has been satisfactorily completed,
and Cntraho)ra Wrecking Corporation has furnished the required
documents certifying that: all bills for labor and materials
have been Paid in cull in connection with the aforesaid
contract ; and
WHEREAS, liquidated damages 'or 32 days overrun or
contract time should be deducted from the final payment due
the contractor; and
WHEREAS, the Cit;, ' lana)rer and the Department of Public
Works recommend that the completed work be accented and final
payment made to the Contractor;

Cuyahoga • Wrecking Corporation has comnieted the pro;j ect
consisting of demolition and removal of incinerator
equipment, including two cranes and cabs, six .furnaces)

and other miscellaneous piping and equipment) located at
1950 N. W. 12 Avenue. This was a lump sum contract in
the amount on $76,700, but the completed contract amount.
