WHEREAS, the City Commission adopted Ordinance No. 8731 on December 16, 1977 establishing revenues and appropriations for the City of Miami, Florida for the Fiscal Year ending September 30, 1978; and WHEREAS the City Commission adopted Ordinance No. 8746 on January 24, 1978 increasing compensation of members and alternate members of the Planning Advisory Board and Zoning Board from $100 per month to $200 per month retroactive to October 1, 1977; and WHEREAS, said increases will require that $19,200 be added to the Fiscal Year 1977-78 appropriation for the Planning and Zoning Administrative Boards; and WHEREAS, $19,200 can be deleted from the Contingent Fund of Special Programs and Accounts, General Fund and appropriated to the Planning and Zoning Administrative Boards Department; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 8731, adopted December 16, 1977, as amended, is hereby further amended as follows:-/ 'Section 1. The following appropriations are made for municipal operations of the City of Miami, Florida for the fiscal year 1977-78, including the payment of principal and interest on all General Obligation Bonds, __—Ts.-,_..4 1/ Words and/or figures stricken through shall be deleted. The attached proposed ordinance seeks to make available the necessary funds for the proposed salary increases, by increasing the General Fund FY 1977-78 appropriation of the Planning and Zoning Administrative Boards Department and decreasing the Contingent Fund appropriation.
