WHEREAS, the City COMMission adopted Ordinance No. 8731 WI December 16, 1977 establishing revenues and appropriations for the City of Miami, Florida for the fiscal year ending September 10, 1978; and WHEREAS, the City of Miami agreed to relocate a chain link fence and twenty-two (22) Aurelia trees along Grand Avenue in the North- east corner of Grand Avenue Park; and WHEREAS/Metropolitan Dade county has transmitted to the city of Miami $3,000 representing payment in full for said relocations; and WHEREAS, the City of Miami Parks Department is to perform the needed relocations; and WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase the appropriation for the General Fund Parks Department in an amount of $3,000 and to increase revenues by the same amount, in order to fund the relocation work; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 8731, adopted December 16, 1977, as amended, is hereby further amended, as follows:1/ "Section 1. The following appropriations are made for municipal operations of the City of Miami, Florida for the fiscal year 1977-78, including the payment of principal and interest on all General Obligation Bonds.
