A RESOLUTION CLOSING, VACATING, ABANDONING AND
DISCONTINUING THE PUBLIC USE OF (A) THAT PORTION
OF N.W. 4TH AVENUE LYING BETWEEN THE SOUTH R-O-W
LINE OF N,W, 14TH STREET AND THE NORTH R-O-W
LINE OF N.W. 13TH ST., (B) THAT PORTION OF N.W. 13TH
STREET LYING BETWEEN THE WEST R-O-W LINE OF N.W.
3RD AVENUE AND EASTERLY LIMITED ACESS R-O-W LINE
OF INTERSTATE HIGHWAY 95; AND (C) THE ALLEY LYING
IN THE BLOCK BOUNDED BY N.W. 12TH AND 13TH STREETS
AND N.W. 3RD AVENUE AND THE EASTERLY LIMITED ACCESS R-O-W
LINE OF INTERSTATE HIGHWAY 95, IN CONJUNCTION WITH
TENTATIVE PLAT NO. 978 - "DIXIE PARK".
WHEREAS, the Miami Zoning Board, at its meeting of March 6,
1978, Item No. 7, following an advertised hearing, adopted Resolution
No. ZB 52-78 by a 7 to 0 vote (1 member absent), recommending the
official vacation and closure as hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission deems it advisable and in the
best interest of the general welfare of the City of Miami and its
inhabitants to grant the vacation and closure as hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: `DOCUMENT INDEX
Section 1. (A) That portion of N.W. 4th !AEA
between the south r-o-w line of N.W. 14th Street and the north r-o-w
line of N.W. 13th Street; (B) That portion of N.W. 13th Street lying
between the west r-o-w line of N.W. 3rd Avenue and the easterly
limited access r-o-w line of Interstate Highway 95; and (C) The
alley lying in the block bounded by N.W. 12th and 13th Streets and
N.W. 3rd Avenue and the easterly limited access r-o-w line of Inter-
state Highway 95, in conjunction with Tentative Plat No. 978 - "DIXIE
PARK", be and the same is hereby closed, vacated, abandoned and dis-
discontinued for public use.
