RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PROPER OFFICIALS OP
THE CITY OF MIAMI TO GRANT A QUIT CLAIM DEED TO
TOWNSCAPE DEVELOPMENT CORP. FOR THE NORTH 5 FEET
OP THE EAST 50 FEET OF LOT 29, CORNELIA M. DAY'S
SUBDIVISION (3/16) AND TO ACCEPT A GRANT OF EASE-
MENT FROM TOWNSCAPE DEVELOPMENT CORP, FOR THE SANE
PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, neither Townscape Development Corp. nor the City
has clear title to the above referenced property; and
WHEREAS, the following transaction will resolve the title
problem and will also give the City the necessary right-of-way;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The proper officials of the City of Miami are
hereby authorized to grant a Quit Claim Deed to Townscape Development
Corp. for the North 5 feet of the East 50 Feet of Lot 29, CORNELIA
M. DAY'S SUBDIVISION (3/16), and to accept a grant of easement from
Townscape Development Corp. for the same property.

1978.
