A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE SUN OF $3,000
PROM DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO BE USED BY
THE PARKS DEPARTMENT TO RELOCATE A CITY
CHAIN LINK PENCE AND 22 AURELIA TREES IN
GRAND AVENUE PARK,
WHEREAS, Dade County, Clorida, has agreed to pay
the City of Miami $3,000 for the relocation of a City chain
link fence and 22 Aurelia trees along Grand Avenue in Grand
Avenue Park in exchange for right-of-way needed by Dade County
to improve Grand Avenue;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City of Miami hereby accepts $3,000
from Dade County, Florida, to be used by the Parks Department
to relocate a City chain link fence and 22 Aurelia trees in
Grand Avenue Park.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of April, 1978.

The City of Miami has entered into an agreement with Metropolitan Dade
County to relocate a chain link fence and twenty-two Aurelia trees along
Grand Avenue in Grand Avenue Park in exchange for the right-of-way needed
by Dade County to improve Grand Avenue,
The attached proposed resolution accepts payment of $3,000 from Metropolitan
Dade County in consideration of the performance of the above project by the
City of Miami.
