A RESOtUTIoN DENYINO CERTAIN CLAIMS AND
DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO DEFEND
ANY StJIT ERouGHT FOR THE RECOVERY OF
DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF SAID CLAIMS,
WHEREAS, claims have been filed against the City of Miami
for personal injuries and/or property damage by the claimants
listed in Section 1. of this Resolution; and
WHEREAS, upon receiving notices of claim, said matters weree
investigated by the Office of the City Attorney; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Miami has been
fully advised by the City Attorney relative to said claims;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:

Recommendation for Denial
Resolution (12 Claims)
Notice of claims have been received by the City Attorney from
various individuals listed in Section 1 of the attached Resolution.
These claims have been investigated.
After investigation and on the recommendation to me by Mr, Angelo
Kennedy of our Office, I recommend that these claims be formally
denied by the Commission by the adoption of the attached appropriate
Resolution,
