A RESOLUTION CLOSING FULLER STREET, BETWEEN
MAIN (HIGHWAY AND GRAND AVENUE, TO THROUGH
TRAFFIC ON NOVEMBER 4 AND 5, 1978,.BETWEEN
8:00 AM AND 8:00 PM, IN CONNECTION WITH THE
SECOND ANNUAL BANYAN FESTIVAL, SPONSORED BY
THE COCONUT GROVE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, SUBJECT
TO ISSUANCE OF PERMITS BY THE POLICE AND FIRE
DEPARTMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSLON OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Fuller Street, between Main Highway
and Grand Avenue, is hereby closed to through traffic, on
November 4 and 5, 1978, during the following hours:
Saturday
Sunday
November 4, 1978
November 5, 1978
8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
8:00 A.1 to 8:00 PM
Section 2. The aforesaid closure is authorized,
subject to issuance of permits by the Police and Fire Depart-
ments, in order to effectuate safe pedestrian passage during
the celebration of the Second Annual Banyan Festival.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of April
1978.

We are again writing to you regarding our Second
Annual Banyan Festival, sponsored by the Coconut
Grove Chamber of Commerce, scheduled for Saturday
and Sunday, November the Fourth and Fifth, 1978.
It is requested that permission be given to close
off Fuller Street from vehicular traffic from
eight a. m. to eight p.m. on November 4 and 5.
