A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PLAT ENTITLED MAUTNER'S SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF MIAMI, PLORIDA; AND ACCEPTING THE DEDICATIONS SHOWN ON SAID PLAT; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER AND THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE THE PLAT. WHEREAS, the City Zoning Board and the Department of Public Works have recommended the acceptance of the plat; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The Plat entitled MAUTNER'S SUBDIVISION being a sub- division of a portion of the East 235 feet of the North 175 feet of the N.E. 4 of the S.W. 4 of Section 34, Township 53 South, Range 41 East, City of Miami, Dade County, Florida, which by reference is made a part hereof as if fully incorporated herein and the dedications as shown thereon together with all existing and future planting, trees and shrubbery on said property, to the perpetual use of the public, are hereby accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami, Florida. The Proposed Record Plat entitled MAUTNERtS SUBDIVISION is a subdivision of a portion of the N.E. 1 of the S.W. of Section 34, Twp. 53S, Rge. 41, and will consist of one (1) tract having an area of 0.6235± of an acre. It is zoned C-4. This plat is being forwarded to your office for City Commission Action. The attached detailed report from the Department of Public Works recommends the approval of the plat by the City Commission of Miami, Florida, and certifies its correctness as to form. It is in correct form for submission to the City Commission and is forwarded with a recommendation that it be approved. PERTIiNENT INFORiMIATION REGARDING THE PLAT: (1) The property platted is a subdivision of a portion of the East 235 feet of the North 175 feet of the N.E. 1/4 of the S.W. 1 of Section 34, Twp. 53 S, Rre. 141, and will consist of one (1) tract havinrt; an area of 0.6235± of an acre. It is zoned C-4. (2) The location of the streets and the widths conform with the standards of the Department of Public Works of the City of Miami, Florida. (3) As certified to by Milton B. Garris, Jr., Registered Land Surveyor, this Plat complies with the plat filing; laws of the State of Florida. (4) By authority of Resolution No. ZB 18-78, adopted January 9, 1978, the Plat was recommended for acceptance by the City Zoning Board of Miami. (5) The attached Certificate of Title Examination dated January 23, 1978, signed by Patricia M. Whipple, Attorney, indicates that the fee simple title to the property platted is correctly vested in PAUL J. MAUTNER and JUDITIH N. I QAUTNER, his wife, and the Plat has been correctly executed. (6) The area platted is not encumbered by any mortgages. Page 1 of 2 ' r f_', I,, ;' ,�i (7) In accordance with the requirements of Chapter 54, Section 54.20, of The Code of The City of Miami, a Performance Bond in the amount of $9,000,00 has been executed by PAUL J, MAUTNER and JUDITH Id, MAUTNER, his wife, as Principal, and FIDELITY AND DEPOSIT COMPANY OF MARYLAND, as Surety, This Bond and the Suroty's Pourer of Attorney will accompany the Agreement between the City of Miami, and the Principal to guarantee the construction of Landscaping Asphaltic Concrete Pavement, Removal of Exis t in;; Curb & Gutter, Sidewalk, Curb and Gutter at the property platted. The location of the property is shown colored in red on the accomo-inying copy of a portion of City of Miami Atlas Sheet No. 25.
