WHEREAS, sealed bids were received March 14, 1978 for the VIRGINIA KEY RUBBISH PIT CLOSING -PHASE I; and WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that the $107,000 bid of Frisa Corporation is the lowest responsible bid and recommends that a Contract be awarded to said firm; and "DOCUMENT INDEX ITEM NQ. 125 WHEREAS, the Capital Improvements Appropriation Ordinance No. 8716 was adopted on October 26, 1977, and the proposed amount of the Contract is hereby allocated fromthe account entitled "Pollution Control and Incinerator Facilities Bond Fund"; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. That the March 14, 1978 bid of Frisa Corporation in the proposed amount of $107,000 for the project entitled VIRGINIA KEY RUBBISH PIT CLOSING -PHASE I for the Tot;'11 Bid of the Proposal, based on a lump sum, is hereby accepted at the price stated therein to cover the cost of said Contract. Section 2.
