A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 78461
BY CHANGING THE NAME OF BEGONIA VILLAS SECTION
TWO TO BEGONIA VILLAS SECTION ONE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission on the 9th day of
March, 1978 accepted the plat entitled BEGONIA VILLAS SECTION
TWO; and
WHEREAS, Dade County has requested the name of said
plat be changed to BEGONIA VILLAS SECTION ONE since there is
no BEGONIA VILLAS SECTION ONE; and
WHEREAS, modifications have been made on the plat
and on the agreements and covenants entered into by and between
the City and the subdivider;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Resolution No. 78-161 is hereby amended
by changing the name of BEGONIA VILLAS SECTION TWO to BEGONIA
VILLAS SECTION ONE.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of March
1978.

Subject Resolution
On the 9th day of March, 1978, the City Commission accepted
the plat entitled BEGONIA VILLAS SECTION TWO, Dade County has
requested the name of said plat be changed to BEGONIA VILLAS
SECTION ONE since there is no BEGONIA VILLAS SECTION ONE.
