A RESoLUTIoN ACCEPTING THE PLAT ENTITLED
STIRRUP GROVE SUBDIVISION NO, I, A SUBDIVISION
IN THE CITY OP MIAMI; AND ACCEPTING THE DEDICA-
TIONS SHOWN oN SAID PLAT; AND AUTHoRIZING AND
DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER AND THE CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE THE PLAT,
WHEREAS, the City Zoning Board and the Department of Public
Works have recommended the acceptance of the plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Plat entitled STIRRUP GROVE SUBDIVISION N0. 1
being a resubdivision of Lots 1 thru 4 and the east 23.4 feet of
Lot 5, Block 2, ROYAL GARDENS, according to the plat thereof,
recorded in Plat Book 20, at Page 3, of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida, all lying in the N. E. 4, S. W. 4 of Section 21,
Township 54 South, Range 41 East, City of Miami, Dade County,

Florida, which by reference is made a part hereof as if fully in-
corporated herein and the dedications as shown thereon together
with all existing and future planting, trees and shrubbery on said
property, t•o the perpetual use of the public, are hereby accepted
and confirmed by the City of Miami, Florida.
Section 2. The City Manager and the City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute the Plat.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23 day of March , 1978.

CNCLCSURCS:
The Proposed Record Plat entitled STIRRUP GROVE SUBDIVISION
NO, 1 is a resubdivision of Lots 1 thru 4 and the East 23.4
feet of Lot 5, Blk, 2, Royal Gardens, (20-3) and will consist
of ten (10) lots zoned R-2. This plat is being forwarded to
your office for City Commission Action,
The attached detailed report from the Department of Public
Works recommends the approval of the plat by the City
Commission of Miami, Florida, and certifies its correctness
as to form.
Also attached are the following itemized papers necessary to
present the Plat to the City Commission of Miami:
Resolution accepting the Plat
Print of proposed Record Plat
Agreement form pertaining to subdivision improvements
Opinion of Title
Memorandum from the Department of Planning
pertaining to landscaping requirements
Memorandum from the Miami -Dade Water and Sewer
Authority waiving the requirement to install water
mains and appurtenances
Portion of City Atlas Sheet No. 46 showing property
platted colored in red

REPORT OF PROPOSED RECORD PLAT OF
STIRRUP GROVE SUBDIVISION NO, 1
A SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA
The accompanying Plat entitled STIRRUP GROVE SUBDIVISION N0. 1
was prepared by General Surveying, Inc. It is in correct form for
submission to the City Commission and is forwarded with a recommenda-
tion that it be approved.
PERTINENT INFORMATION REGARDING THE PLAT:
(1) The property platted is a resubdivision of Lots 1 thru 4, and
the East 23.4 feet of Lot 5, Blk. 2, Royal Gardens, (20-3)
and will consist of ten (10) lots zoned R-2.
(2) The location of the streets and the widths conform with the
standards of the Department of Public Works of the City of
Miami, Florida.
As certified to by Henry R. Canalizo, Registered Land Surveyor,
this Plat complies with the plat filing laws of the State
of Florida.
By authority of Resolution No. ZB 128-75, adopted September 22,
1975, the Plat was recommended for acceptance by the City Zoning
Board of Miami.
(5) The attached Certificate of Title Examination dated February 16,
1978, signed by W. George Allen, Attorney, indicates that the
fee simple title to the property platted is correctly vested
in The Model city Development Corporation of Dade County
Incorporated and the Plat has been correctly executed.
(6) The area platted is encumbered by a mortgage and the mortgage
holder has executed the Plat and joined in its dedications.
(7) In accordance with the requirements of Chapter 54, Section
54-2.0, of the Code of The City of Miami, a Cashier's Check
in the amount of $452.00 has been tendered by the owner,
The Model City Development Corporation of Dade County
Incorporated. This Cashier's Check has been deposited with

the Director of Finance and will guarantee the completion
Of the subdivision improvements according to the provisions
of the Agreement between The City of Miami and the aforementioned
The Model City Development Corporation of Dade County Incorporated.
The improvements required at the property platted are listed as
follows; Landscaping.
(8) The location of the property is shown colored in red on the
accompanying copy of a portion of City of Miami) Florida
Atlas Sheet No. 46.
(9) The Attached Resolution has been prepared for the acceptance
of the Plat by the City Commission of Miami) Florida.
