On January 9, 1975 the City Commission granted
a Change of Use of site as originally granted by
Resolution 72.415 to permit a parking lot with
one 101 opening subject to following conditions
and review in two years:
1. Applicant placing a device to permit ingress
with no egress.
2. A heavy bar placed at such a height above the
opening to permit cars but no trucks
The Building Department reports that neither of
two devices is being used and that they have notified
the owner to replace thetas.
The original conditions attached to the granting of this
use should be reinstated and enforced. These conditions
were instituted by which to assure minimum commercial
impact upon the abutting residential neighborhood.
Deffered action January 24, 1978 and requested a public
hearing to be held in April.
