HomeMy WebLinkAboutR-78-0183A bk 2/27/78 "SUPPORTIVE SUPPORTIV DOCUMENTS RUMP RESOLUTION No. • 7 8 " 1 An A RESOLUTION GRAFTING A ONE-YEAR EXTENSION oP THE VARIANCE FROM ORDINANCE No, 6871, ARTICLE Vitt, SECTIONS 3(2)(a)(b), TO PERMIT CONSTRUCT TION OF A TWO-STORY DUPLEX RESIDENCE ON LOT 1, BLOCK 5, ROSELAWN PARK (9=121), BEING 126-28 NE 76TH STREET, AS PER PLANS ON FILE, WITH A 5' SOUTH SIDE YARD (9' REQUIRED) AND 10' NORTH SIDE YARD (15' REQUIRED); ZONED R=4 (MEDIUM DENSITY MULTIPLE), GRANTED BY ZONING BOARD RESOLUTION NO, ZB 144-77. WHEREAS, Article XXXI of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance No. 6871 permits an extension of a variance by the City Manager with approval by the City Commission, for a one- year period; and WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends a one-year extension of the variance granted by Zoning Board Resolution No. ZB 144-77; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The request for a one-year extension of the variance as listed in Ordinance No. 6871, Article VIII, Sections 3(2)(a)(b), to permit construction of a two-story duplex residence on Lot 1, Block 5, ROSELAWN PARK (9-121), being 126-28 NE 76th Street, as per plans on file, with a 5' south side yard (9' required) and 10' north side yard (15' required); zoned R-4 (Medium Density Multiple), granted by Zoning Board Resolution No. ZB 144-77, be and the same is hereby granted.
