A RESOLUTION GRANTING AN ADDITIONAL ONE-YEAR
WAIVER OF DEVELOPMENT OF 61 of 309 REQUIRED
OFF-STREET PARKING SPACES SUBJECT TO A FIVE YEAR
REVIEW, AS PROVIDED IN ORDINANCE NO, 6871,
ARTICLE XXIII, SECTION 2(6), LOCATED AT
APPROXIMATELY 600 N.W, 10TH STREET, KNOWN
AS TRACT "C", CULMER PARK SUB NO, 1 (98-12),
IN CONJUNCTION WITH 151 TOWNHOUSES NOW UNDER
CONSTRUCTION ON H.U.D. PROJECT FLORIDA 5-49,
ZONED R-4 (MEDIUM DENSITY MULTIPLE) DISTRICT,
WHEREAS, this Commission granted the waiver of
development of 61 of 309 required off-street parking spaces
subject to a five year review; and
WHEREAS, an inspection made by the Planning Department
indicated no reason why this waiver should not be continued;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. An additional one-year waiver of develop-
ment of 61 of 309 required off-street parking spaces subject to
yearly review, as provided in Ordinance No. 6871, Article XXIII,
Section 2(6), located at approximately 600 N.W. loth Street,
known as Tract "C", CULMER PARK SUB NO. 1 (98-12), in conjunction
with 151 Townhouses now under construction on H.U.D. Project
Florida 5-49, zoned R-4 (Medium Density Multiple) District, be
and the same is hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of March
1978.

Resolution 76-450
On May 13, 1976 the City Commission adopted Resolution 76-450
granting approval for the waiver of development of 61 of 309
required off-street parking spaces at approximately 600 N.\. 10th
Street, in conjunction with 151 townhouses for a H.U.D. project;
subject to yearly review. Certificate of Occupancy was issued
on March 30, 1977.
Attached is a memorandum from the Zoning Division of the Building
Department recommending the continued waiver of parking.
It is suggested that this matter be placed on the City Commission
Agenda of March 16, 1978. We are requesting the City Attorney's
office, by copy of this memo, to prepare the proper Resolution.

The City Commission passed the above Resolution granting relief
from the requirements of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance, to
be automatically renewed each year for one year periods, until
such time as the Commission shall rescind its waiver.
Would you please inspect the sub,:ct property to make sure that
the intent of,the Resolution is being met, and return this form
to us, showing the results of the inspection below.
