W. 23rd AVENUE SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR'5332-,C (centerlin.' sewer) = Resolution Confirming Assessment Roll Construction of S. W. 23rd AVENUE SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5332-C (centerline) in S. W. 23rd AVENUE SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5332-C has been completed, and the Preliminary Assessment Roll for this Improvement is ready to be presented to the Commission for confirmation. This Improvement consisted of laying a 8-inch Vitrified Clay Sanitary Sewer Line near the centerline of S. W. lst Street 200± feet west of S. W. 23rd Avenue and laying 10-incli Vitrified Clay Sanitary Sewer Lines near the centerline of S. W. lst Street east from S. W. 23rd Avenue to Beacom Boulevard (S. W. 22nd Avenue Roar) and S. W. 23rd Avenue 100± feet north of S. W. 1st Street to 90± feet south of S. W. 1st Street. This Improvement was constructed in 1970 in conjunction with the construction of the connector called the "Flagler-S. W. 1st Street Transition". Work was completed July 29, 1970, but could not be activated until Glenroyal Sanitary Sewer Improvement was completed. A public hearing is scheduled for March 9, 1978, to hear objec- tions to the confirmation of the assessment roll. If no objec- tions are sustained, it will be in order for the Commission to adopt the resolution confirming the assessment roll. A section has been included canceling and removing pending liens placed against properties not benefited by the Improvement. IF NO OBJECTIONS ARE SUSTAINED, THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS RECOMMENDS THE ADOPTION OF THE ATTACHED RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE PRELIMIINARY ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR S.
