Bids were received February 2.3, 1978 for providing sanitary
sewers in an area bounded on the north by N. W. 54 Street,
on the south by the Airport Expressway, on the west by
N. W. 19 Avenue, and east by N. W. 17 Avenue south of N. W.
46 Street and N. W. 14 Avenue north of N. W. 46 Street.
As reflected in the Tabulation or Bids, the t1,595,361.25
bid of Goodwin, Inc. is the lowest responsible bid for Total
Bid of Proposal.
