The Plat entitled BELLA BAHIA SUBDIVISION is a re -subdivision of a portion of Lots 34: 35, and Lots 58 and 59, Block 2, AMENDED PLAT OF POINT VIEW (2-93), City of Miami, Dade County, Florida which by reference is made a part hereof as if fully incorporated herein and the dedications as shown thereon together with all existing and future planting, trees and shrub- bery on said property, to the perpetual use of the public, be and the same are, hereby accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami, Florida. Section 2. The City Manager and the City Clerk, both of the City of Miami, Florida, are hereby authorized to execute the Plat. Anderson George Assistant City Attorney Knox, t , CITY-COMMiSSION MEETING OF MAR 9 1978 RESOLUTION N i b 1 5 THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS MARCH 9, 1978 REPORT OF PROPOSED RECORD PLAT OF BELLA BAHIA SUBDIVISION A SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF MIAM1, FLORIbA * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * The accompanying Plat entitled BELLA BAHIA SUBDIVISION was prepared by E. R. Brownell & Associates, Inc. It is in correct form for submission to the City Commission and is forwarded with a recommendation that it be approved. PERTINENT INFORMATION REGARDING THE PLAT: (1) The property platted is a resubdivision of a portion of Lot 34; 35, Lots 58 and 59, Blk 2, Amended Plat of Point View (2-93). It is zoned R-5 and will consist of one (1) tract having an area of 1.287± acres. (2) The location of the streets and the widths conform with the standards of the Department of Public Works of the City of Miami, Florida. (3) As certified to by E. R. Brownell, Registered Land Surveyor, this Plat complies with the plat filing laws of the State of Florida. (4) The City Planning and Zoning Board of Miami, Florida, after Public Hearing, has recommended the closing of the Northeast -Southwest Alley between Lots 35, 58 and 59, Block 2, Point View Amd. (2-93) located at approximately 1440 South Bayshore Drive. This action was confirmed by City Commission Resolution No. 73-763. (5) By authority of Resolution No. 73-220, adopted October 15, 1973, the Plat was recommended for acceptance by the City Zoning Board of Miami. (6) The attached Certificate of Title Examination dated January 20, 1978, signed by David Meneskoff, Attorney, indicates that the fee simple title to the property platted is correctly vested in 1440 Corp. and the Plat has been correctly executed. This plat is being forwarded to your office for City Commission Action The attached detailed report from the Department of Public Works recommends the approval of the plat by the City Commission of Miami, Florida, and certifies its correctness as to form. Also attached are the following itemized papers necessary to present the Plat to the City Commission of Miami: Resolution accepting the Plat Print of proposed Record Plat Agreement form pertaining to subdivision improvements Opinion of Title Memorandum from the Miami -Dade Water and Sewer Authority waiving the requirement to install water mains and appurtenances Portion of City Atlas Sheet No. 37 showing property platted colored in red WEP:WKB:met "SUPPORTIVE DOCUMENTS FOLLOW„
