A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED WORK
PERFORMED BY WILLIAMS PAVING COMPANY, INC.
AT A TOTAL COST OF $49,289.27 FOR N. E. 80
TERRACE COMMUNITY DJVELOPMENT PAVING
PROJECT - PHASE IT BID A - HIGHWAYS, AND
AUTHORIZING A FINAL PAYMENT O?' %3,067.72

DEVELOPMENT PAVING PROJECT
PHASE II BID A = HIGHWAYS
Williams Paving Company, Inc. has completed the project
consistinr of constructing a new roadway on N. E. 80th
Terrace between N. E. 2-h Avenues, inciudinr asphaltic
pavement, concrete curbs and ;utters, sidewalk and land-
scaping. The original contract amount was for $56,802.00,
but the completed contract amount was t'or 49,289..27, and
it was completed on time.
It is now in order for the Commission to accept the com-
pleted work and authorize final payment, after all condi-
tions are met.
