NORTHERN DRAINAGE PROJECT E.40
A. M. & J. Corporation has completed the pro,iect consisting;
of constructing 34 drainage structures in an area bounded
by the north and west City limits, Biscayne Ba7, and North
36 Street, with 5 structures outside this area. The original
contract amount was for $236,145.00, but the completed
contract amount is $225,184.00, and it was completed on
time.
It is now in order for the Commission to accent the
completed work and authorize final payment, after all
conditions are met.
THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS RECOMMENDS THE ADOPTION OF
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED WORK AND AUTHORIZING
A FINAL PAYMENT OF $22,486.90 TO A. M. & J. CORPORATION
FOR NORTHERN DRAINAGE PROJECT E-40.
