A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ALLOCATION OF FUNDS
IN THE AMOUNT OF $ 47,000, FROM THE GENERAL Punt),
SPECIAL PROGRAMS AND ACCOUNTS = FEDERAL REVENUE
SHARING M.LOCATION, SOCIAL SERVICE PROGRAMS, FOR
THE ADDITIONAL FUNDING TO BE PROVIDED TO COCONUT
GROVE FAMILY CLINIC ($30,000) AND MICiKY CRU7 OUT --
REACH OF FLORIDA, INC. ($17, 000) FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR ENDING SEPTEMi.3ER 30, 1978.
WHEREAS, the City Commission approved an initial funding
of Coconut Grove Family Clinic and dicky Cruz Outreach of Florida,
Inc., by passage of Ordinance No. 8722 on November 10, 1977; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission approved on January 11,
1978, by Resolution 78-36, the continued funding of Coconut Grove
Family Clinic,in the amount of $75,000.01, and the continued
funding of Nicky Cruz Outreach of Florida, Inc, in the amount of
$ 10,312.51; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission further indicated by Motions
78-98 and 78-112, on February 9, 1978, that additional funding for
Coconut Grove Family Clinic in the amount of $30,000 and for Nicky
Cruz Outreach of Florida, Inc., in the amount of $ 17,000, should
be provided, subject to availability of funds; and
WHEREAS, funding sources have been made available and
appropriated by Ordinance No. 8765 , passed on February
23, 1978;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: "DOCUMENT DEX

Section 1. The additional allocation of funds from
the General Fund, Special Programs and Accounts - Federal Revenue
Sharing Allocation, Social Service Programs, is hereby approved
for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1978, for the additional
funding of the Social Service Agencies listed below:
