ABUTTING N.W. 28TH STPEET BETWEEN N.W. 22ND AVENUE AND N.W. 25TH AVENUE, FoR THE IM?RovEMENT OP SUPPORTN.W. 28TH STREET. ��: DOCUMENTS FOLLOW" WHEREAS, in order for the subject improvement to proceed in the best possible fashion, it became necessary to secure various strips of undedicated reserved zoned width right of way along the subject path; and WHEREAS, of the appertaining owners requested to dedicate same, six responded by executing and delivering six deeds to the City of Miami conveying the necessary right of way; and WHEREAS, these instruments, copies of which are attached and made a part hereof, are now in order for acceptance by the Commis- sion of the City of Miami, Florida. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The attached deeds hereinbelow itemized, conveying to the City of Miami certain strips of reserved zoned width right of way for the improvement of N. MM Please place on the February 23, 1978 City Commission Agenda a Resolution accepting six Deeds of Dedication conveying to the City of Miami for the subject improvement, 10 foot strips of previously undedicated reserved zoned width right-ofuhway abut- ting N.W. 28th Street between N.W. 22nd Avenue and N.W. 25th Avenue. PERTINENT INFORMATION The City of Miami has proposed a beautification and street im- provement project on N.W. 28th Street from 17th to 27th Avenues, with the aid of City of Miami Community Development, and High- way Bonds. In order for this improvement to proceed in the best possible fashion, it became necessary to secure the undedicated reserved zoned width right-of-way along the path of this improvement. Dedication requests therefor have produced deeds from six of the appertaining owners, the acquisition of which leads toward a smoother undertaking.
